LEGO Tintin Moon Rocket Set Launching in 2026

The highly anticipated LEGO Tintin Moon Rocket, set number 21367, is set to launch on April 1, 2026, featuring a total of 1,283 pieces. This model is specifically designed for adults aged 18 and older, reflecting the growing trend of adult-oriented LEGO sets.

The rocket, which stands at an impressive 49 cm tall, is inspired by the classic Tintin comic books, particularly Destination Moon and Explorers on the Moon. It includes six minifigures: Tintin, Captain Haddock, Professor Calculus, and the twin detectives Thomson and Thompson, along with Snowy, Tintin’s loyal dog. This diverse cast allows fans to recreate their favorite scenes from the comics.

Fan designer Alexis Dos Santos submitted the Tintin Moon Rocket concept to the LEGO Ideas platform, where it garnered over 10,000 votes before receiving approval. “Creating the Tintin Moon Rocket has been an incredible journey,” Dos Santos remarked. He emphasized his goal to capture the spirit of Tintin’s iconic rocket, celebrating both its engineering elegance and its place in pop culture.

The set will retail for £139.99 in the UK, €159.99 in Europe, and $159.99 in the United States. Pre-orders for the set will begin on March 12, 2026, allowing eager fans to secure their own piece of Tintin history ahead of the official release.

In addition to its impressive size and minifigure selection, the LEGO Tintin Moon Rocket features a striking red-and-white checkered design. Builders will also be able to reveal a hidden control room inside the rocket, adding an interactive element to the construction experience.

As the release date approaches, observers are keen to see how this set will resonate with both LEGO enthusiasts and Tintin fans alike. The combination of nostalgia and modern design is expected to attract a wide audience, further solidifying the LEGO brand’s commitment to innovative and engaging products.

Details remain unconfirmed regarding potential future expansions or additional themed sets in the Tintin series. However, the excitement surrounding the LEGO Tintin Moon Rocket continues to build, promising a memorable addition to the LEGO lineup.
