Attempted Break and Enter and Fuel Theft Near Humboldt Has RCMP Looking to Public

RCMP are asking for the public’s help in solving a pair of crimes near Humboldt.

The first happened between May 24th and 28th when about 150 gallons of diesel were siphoned from a tractor parked 3 miles southeast of Humboldt.

The 2nd was an attempted break and enter at a shop near Carmel and Highway 5 sometime between May 19th and June 1st when someone attempted to pry the door open and gain entry into the shop, damaging the frame and door.

It’s believed the suspects did not gain access or get away with any property.
