The Government of Saskatchewan made the announcement this morning for the improvements to rural communities.

The four phase initiative will see small cell sites in 100 communities and will be completed by the end of 2020.

28 fusion towers will be set up by spring 2018.

Sites for the towers include Birch Hills, Porcupine Plain, Preeceville, Southey, Kelvington, Wakaw, and Wynyard.
